Social Responsibility
Dentbras aims at an integration with the community and has a very important role in the establishment of partnerships with assistance entities.
Today, Dentbras offers products assembled by these partners, which, in addition to offering financial aid, brings a new opportunity for self-confidence and self-esteem, developing bio-psycho-social integrity (body, mind and society).
Through social responsibility, Dentbras aims at being completely ethical, joining responsibility with businesses, ensuring that the company operates with sustainability and dignity, because the final profit is reaped by future generations, in an exchange where the main winner is the company itself.
Environmental Responsibility
Environment is also a concern for Dentbras, especially because the company is located beside an environmental reserve.
To contribute for preserving the environment, we have developed a couple of activities:
• We encourage the rational use of water and energy;
• We conduct selective collection of recyclable materials;
• We collect and give the correct destination to burned lamps;
• We promote constant changes in processes, aiming at manufacturing products that are less aggressive to the environment and that generate as less residue as possible.
Although most of our residues can be recycled, a small share needs to receive treatment, because, as in any other industry, there are materials resulting from manufacturing processes that shall not be disposed directly in the environment. The differential is how we treat these residues, by complying with the relevant legislations, such as the ones established by CETESB and ANVISA.
